A well-established national property and construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its North Sydney team.

Role Overview
This role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years' consultancy experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects, gaining exposure to cost management, project delivery, advisory and strategic asset management services. Working closely with experienced senior professionals, you'll continue developing your technical capability while progressively taking ownership of projects and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages
• Assist with procurement, tendering and contract administration
• Prepare cost reports, variations and final accounts
• Support project delivery across multiple sectors and clients
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
• Contribute to advisory and strategic asset management services
• Develop strong commercial and client relationship management skills
• Work collaboratively with senior team members to deliver successful project outcomes
Skills & Experience
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 2+ years' consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• AIQS membership or working towards accreditation is highly regarded
