What you'll be doing

You'll lead the commercial delivery of projects from early feasibility through to completion, providing strategic cost management advice across a diverse portfolio of developments.

Working closely with clients,



consultants and contractors, you'll prepare cost plans, oversee procurement and contract administration, manage commercial risk and become a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

As a senior member of the team, you'll mentor junior Quantity Surveyors, contribute to technical excellence across the business and continue building strong client relationships while managing multiple projects across a broad range of sectors.

What you'll need

• 5+ years' consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management

• Strong pre and post contract experience across the project lifecycle

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

• The ability to lead projects independently while mentoring junior team members

• Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving capability

• AIQS membership, or working towards chartership, will be highly regarded
