Who we're looking for: As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Services Managers and Services Engineers to join our teams on current and future projects in WA.

Whether you're an established Services Manager or a building services professional looking to progress into a coordination role, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of multidisciplinary building services from design through to commissioning and handover.

Services Manager

Our Services Managers lead the planning,



coordination and delivery of building services packages across major construction projects.

Working closely with project leadership teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors, they drive programme, quality, safety and commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

We Are Interested in Hearing From Candidates With: Proven experience managing building services on large-scale commercial construction projects.

Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and communications services.

Experience managing design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover activities.

Demonstrated capability leading consultant and subcontractor teams.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Experience on Tier 1 building projects.

Experience delivering projects within live operational environments, including airports and aviation infrastructure, will be highly regarded.

Services Engineer

Reporting to the Services Manager, Services Engineers assist in the delivery of the design, installation, testing, commissioning, completion and handover of multidisciplinary building services while supporting safety, quality, programme and subcontractor management outcomes.

We Are Interested in Hearing From Candidates With: Experience in commercial building construction,



building services or services construction knowledge and a general understanding of building and construction trades.

Experience in the design and installation of building services.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection services.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with subcontractors, consultants and project delivery teams.

This Services Engineer role is ideally suited to experienced tradespeople looking to transition into a building services coordination career within Tier 1 construction.

Electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, hydraulic services technicians, fire protection technicians and other building services professionals are encouraged to apply.
