- Define Service Now platform architecture, roadmap, and governance
- Lead design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD solutions.
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and best-practice guidance.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
Required Skills
- Solid Service Now Architecture & Solution Design experience.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
