Job Description **mandatory Must-Have**

- 1. Minimum 4 - 5 End-End-To Implementations in EC and Compensation
- 2. Should have SAP Success Factros Employee Central certification
- 3. Should have SAP Success Factors Compenstion and Variable Pay certification
- 5. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
- 6. Experience in Compensation Route maps/Approval process and step types for Comp, Variable pay and combined templates.
- 7. Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Compensation statement, Rewards and Recognition
- 8. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
- 9. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
- 10. Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and other systems and integration center .
- 11. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- 12. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
- 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
- 4. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
- 5. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
