Fund Accountant - Property Funds Leading Investment Manager | Growing Property Platform | Front-Office Exposure

Our client, a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their expanding Property Funds team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a true fund-management environment, working closely with investment, asset management, and portfolio teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management of property funds, ensuring smooth execution of investment and asset-level activities.
- Maintain accurate fund books and records, preparing periodic NAVs, financial statements, and internal performance reporting that informs investment decision-making.




- Partner with investment, asset management, and finance teams to deliver timely insights and resolve operational queries.
- Coordinate year-end audits and contribute to governance processes including board and investor reporting.
- Prepare periodic tax and ATO returns, maintaining strong relationships with tax advisers and authorities.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, investment managers, custodians, and investors to ensure high-quality fund outcomes.

Experience & Qualities

- CPA qualified or progressing toward qualification.
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder-management capability.
- Knowledge of property accounting or broader investment operations.
- Keen to take ownership of a broad, hands-on role within a growing investment platform.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build robust relationships across the business.
