The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a senior leader to head estimating and scheduling across NSW. Based at our Glendenning site, you will coordinate multi-location teams and offshore providers, driving accuracy and timely delivery of projects.

In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will resolve issues, build relationships with builders and project teams, and lead the Sales & Admin function on quoting, pricing and conversion.
