UNSW is seeking outstanding Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander researchers across any discipline whose work is making a positive impact in communities and society. Through the Scientia Program, successful applicants will receive dedicated support, career development and research investment to accelerate their academic leadership and research excellence.

- Employment Type : Full time or Part time. The program has flexibility for part time employment, and research breaks for participants to pursue other studies, engage with industry or to follow other interests.
- Duration : Four-year tenure track contract with the possibility of converting to a continuing position
- Eligibility : Level B (Lecturer) and C (Senior Lecturer) across any discipline. Candidates with compelling track records will be considered at levels A (Associate Lecturer) and D (Associate Professor). This is an identified position for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only.
- Remuneration : Academic Level A – D (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
- Location : Kensington NSW
