We're on the hunt for a Head Pizza Chef to take the reins of our wood-fired pizza truck at Seeker Brewing in Unanderra.

We're a small, independent brewery with a busy taproom, great beer, live music and a loyal local community. If you love making great food, enjoy having a bit of freedom in the kitchen, and want to be part of a team that's building something special, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be running the pizza truck during our taproom opening hours, making sure everything runs smoothly from prep through to service.

38 hours per week

- Thursday: 3pm-9pm

- Friday: 12pm-9pm

- Saturday: 12pm-9pm

- Sunday: 12pm-8pm

Outside of service you'll be:

- Prepping ingredients and making dough

- Ordering stock and keeping the kitchen organised

- Managing and supporting the kitchen team

- Keeping everything clean, protected and running efficiently

- Helping develop recent menu ideas and seasonal specials

- Working with the venue managers to keep improving the food offering





- Getting things ready as we expand into home delivery

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen

- Is confident leading a small team

- Can work independently and stay organised

- Takes pride in serving consistently great food

- Has solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working with people

- Loves coming up with new ideas and being creative with food
