We're partnering with a well-established Managed Services Provider that believes great IT is about more than resolving incidents. They're looking for a Technical Consultant who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building strong client relationships, and proactively improving IT environments.

This is an opportunity to work across diverse client environments, lead technical initiatives, and play a key role in delivering modern Microsoft and infrastructure solutions.

What you'll be doing

- Providing Level 2 technical support across a diverse client portfolio.
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Share Point and Windows environments.
- Working across both Windows and macOS platforms.
- Managing and troubleshooting Cisco and Aruba networking solutions.
- Delivering onboarding, migrations, office relocations and infrastructure projects.
- Identifying opportunities to improve security, performance and reliability, including supporting Essential Eight compliance initiatives.
- Building trusted relationships with clients through exceptional technical advice and service.

What you'll bring





- 3+ years' experience in a hands-on IT support or technical consulting role.
- Previous MSP experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Intune and Share Point.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
- Networking experience with Cisco and/or Aruba technologies.
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving customer environments.
