We're looking for Support Workers in the Riverland and Murray Mallee area to assist clients to live independent, happy and fulfilling lives through self-care domestic support and community access, support with outreach to doctors appointments community groups and activities of the participants choosing.

Qualifications & experience
1. Current first aid and CPR
2. Medication administration certificate (or be willing to obtain)
3.
At least one year of relevant work experience
4. Certificate III in Disability or equivalent OR minimum two years of relevant work experience
5. NDIS worker screening clearance and NDIS module completion
6. Working with Children's check
7. Police check
8. Valid drivers license
9. Full comprehensive car insurance
Tasks & responsibilities
1. Assisting participants with community access and recreational activities
2. 24-hour complex supports
3. Personal care (showering, toileting, hygiene assistance)
4. Manual handling
5. Transportation
6. Domestic and yard duties
7. Building participant capacity
8. Providing assistance for participants to reach there goals
