About the role
Yes, you’ll handle devices, troubleshooting, and platforms—but the real value here is how you engage with people. You’ll be the go-to for senior stakeholders and VIP users, so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and stay solutions-focused under pressure matters just as much as your technical skills.

In this role you’ll:

- Be the face of IT support for senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Own issues end-to-end — diagnose problems, follow a structured troubleshooting process, investigate root causes, and keep users informed until resolution
- Think on your feet when issues don’t follow the expected path, adapting your approach to find the right outcome
- Provide face-to-face, onsite, and remote support across a modern Microsoft cloud environment
- Support and manage laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management platforms
- Assist in managing and supporting a up-to-date greenfield cloud environment, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing cloud deployments and improvements
- Act as a bridge between users and L2/L3 teams,



ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
- Keep everything documented accurately within the ITSM platform

About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates well with people at all levels, and is eager to grow into broader Infrastructure and Cloud technologies.

You’ll ideally have:

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your communication style
- Confidence supporting senior stakeholders and VIP users
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, methodical approach to diagnosing issues and following them through to completion
- The ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar technical support position
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, and Entra ID within a cloud-first environment
- Experience managing modern endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune
- Exposure to MacOS, with Jamf experience highly regarded
- Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and endpoint management
- A genuine desire to learn and contribute beyond BAU support, including assisting with cloud and infrastructure projects

Due to the nature of their work, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain the required Police Checks and security clearances.
