Helpdesk & Data Support Officer:
Baseline Cleared | ACT Join a busy onsite support team delivering responsive helpdesk assistance, system troubleshooting and data quality support. This contract is ideal for a customer-focused skilled who can resolve straightforward enquiries, work confidently with data and stakeholders, and escalate more complex technical issues when required.

ACT | Onsite Contract Duration: 24 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, with a possible 1-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required
Closing Date: 10.00am, 11 August 2026

Essential Tasks:

- Respond to helpdesk calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and resolve straightforward user enquiries.
- Perform data analysis, validation and quality assurance, including investigating anomalies.
- Escalate complex technical issues and system defects to the Team Leader.

Key Criteria:

- Strong verbal and written communication with effective stakeholder engagement skills.




- Ability to source information and provide accurate advice to users and stakeholders.
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to apply sound judgement when following instructions, procedures and guidelines.
