Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Provide financial analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support operational goals.
- Board reporting & presenting findings to SLT
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and tools.
- Deliver transparent and actionable recommendations based on financial data.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have/be:
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualifications
- Business Services/Audit background preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
