About the Role

Green Light Worldwide is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Technology Engineer to provide technical leadership and platform ownership across enterprise workplace technologies.
This role is responsible for ensuring modern, secure, and reliable workplace services that enable employees to work effectively across corporate, operational, and remote environments.

The successful candidate will lead complex technical escalations, drive service improvements, contribute to technology roadmaps, and mentor engineers while supporting strategic initiatives including governance uplift, operational risk reduction, and AI readiness.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical ownership across enterprise workplace technology platforms and services
- Lead complex Level 3 technical incidents, escalations, and cross-platform troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement, platform lifecycle management, and operational uplift initiatives
- Support roadmap delivery, governance improvements, and technology standardisation
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM, and Windows endpoint platforms
- Manage Microsoft 365 workplace technologies including Teams, OneDrive, and Teams Rooms
- Support identity, access management, and endpoint security technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve workplace services and user experience
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the Workplace Technology team
- Contribute to AI and Microsoft Copilot readiness initiatives across the workplace environment





Requirements

- Extensive experience in Workplace Technology, End User Computing (EUC), or Modern Workplace Engineering
- Proven experience supporting enterprise workplace platforms including
- Microsoft Intune
- Autopilot
- MECM
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Microsoft Defender
• Experience leading Level 3 technical support, service improvements, and platform lifecycle activities
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and workplace collaboration technologies
- Knowledge of privileged access and password management solutions (e.g. Keeper)
- Experience supporting AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives
- Experience within large enterprise or industrial environments
