We are looking for a compassionate and committed Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living with disabilities. In this role, you will support clients in building independence, improving their overall wellbeing, and engaging meaningfully in their communities. You will play a vital part in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Task & responsibilities

1. Provide personal care and support to clients in either home care or disability settings.
2. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required
4. Perform domestic assistance tasks such as cleaning and gardening.
5. Administer remedial massage therapy to clients as needed.

Qualification & experience

1.



Certificate III in Individual Care (or equivalent).
2. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
6. Ideally, 12 months of experience in a similar role.
