Our client is a well-established premium womenswear retailer looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the lead at their store.

This role is suited to a fashion-forward retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building genuine customer relationships and creating a strong sales-focused team environment. You'll be joining a brand where product, styling and customer experience are at the centre of the store.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, working closely with your team to deliver an engaging customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading from the shop floor and setting the standard
- Coaching the team to achieve individual and store targets
- Building customer relationships and driving repeat business
- Using sales results to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Overseeing stock, replenishment and inventory processes
- Maintaining a polished and inviting store environment
- Managing rosters, staffing and day-to-day operations
- Supporting styling, product knowledge and team development

About You





We're looking for someone who brings strong retail leadership experience and a genuine interest in premium womenswear. You'll be confident making decisions, motivating a team and creating a customer experience that feels personal rather than transactional.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Store Manager experience within fashion retail
- Strong experience managing sales and team performance
- A genuine interest in womenswear and styling
- Confidence coaching and developing retail teams
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- A commercially minded approach to retail
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A hands-on approach to store leadership
