Our client is a leading luxury goods retailer specialising in a diverse range of premium and luxury products. They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Melbourne location and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, lead and develop the team, and drive strong commercial performance while upholding the high standards associated with a luxury retail environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing the team
- Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
- Delivering an elevated customer experience
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Maintaining premium visual and presentation standards
- Managing stock, inventory and store operations
- Overseeing rosters, payroll and daily administration
- Creating a positive and high-performing team culture
About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager who is passionate about luxury retail and understands how to deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.
You will ideally have:
- Previous Store Manager experience in luxury or premium retail
- Strong sales and commercial management experience
- A genuine passion for luxury goods and fashion
- Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
