As the Lead Hand Therapist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while maintaining your own clinical caseload. You'll provide clinical leadership, support quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive team culture that delivers outstanding client care. What You Will Do:
* Bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to your daily work
* Mentor and develop Associate and junior clinicians
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based upper limb assessment and treatment
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions
* Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives

Registered member of Hand Therapy Current Zealand and current APC
Proven experience in Hand Therapy
