We're seeking a Cluster Manager to lead a small portfolio of fashion concessions across Western Sydney This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving results and building high-performing store cultures.

Reporting directly to the National Manager, you'll receive genuine mentoring and development, with a clear pathway to progress as the business continues to expand.

This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role where you'll partner closely with your concession teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistent commercial performance.

You'll spend your time coaching leaders, analysing performance, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring each location is operating to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading a small portfolio of fashion concessions
- Coaching and developing high-performing retail teams
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial outcomes across your region
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards




- Analysing store performance and implementing action plans
- Building strong relationships with centre management and key stakeholders
- Creating a positive, engaging and accountable team culture

Salary & Benefits

- $70,000 - $75,000 + super
