As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team and contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand-building activities in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

The annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation.

Duties include:

1. Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support marketing strategies.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's business objectives and brand positioning.
3. Plan and coordinate digital marketing initiatives across websites, search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online channels.
4. Create and manage engaging marketing content, promotional materials, and brand communications to increase customer awareness and engagement.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant marketing analytics tools and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
7. Coordinate the production and distribution of advertising, promotional, and marketing materials while maintaining quality and brand standards.
8. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, and other marketing service providers to support campaign execution.
9. Assist in planning and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and achievement of campaign objectives.
10. Organise and promote events, product launches, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
11. Identify opportunities to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through targeted marketing programs and data-driven insights.
12. Stay informed of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments, recommending innovative approaches to improve the effectiveness of the company's marketing activities.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
