Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

The Work
As a Senior Manager in Supply Chain & Operations, you will work with leading organisations to transform and optimise their supply chains, helping them deliver improved performance, resilience and growth.
This is not a traditional advisory role. You will lead transformation from strategy through to real implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders and owning outcomes—not just recommendations.
You will also play a key role in shaping how we grow our Supply Chain & Operations capability across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs—covering strategy, design and implementation
- Manage and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Drive the design and delivery of operating models, processes and solutions across supply chain domains
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and be accountable for delivery outcomes
- Identify opportunities with clients and contribute to proposals, shaping new work and growing accounts
- Support the development of our practice, including mentoring and coaching team members
About You
- Extensive experience in supply chain consulting roles
- Proven experience delivering transformation programs from strategy through to execution
- Experience working in or advising supply chain industries such as retail, FMCG, life sciences, logistics
- Experience in engaging with senior executives
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving outcomes in complex environments
Additional Experience (Highly Regarded)
- Exposure to business development,
account growth or shaping client opportunities
- Experience bridging strategy and delivery in practical, results-driven environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
