Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the overall architecture strategy, vision, and target-state architecture for complex enterprise programs and initiatives.

- Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, technology strategy, and enterprise standards.

- Establish architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance processes to support consistent solution delivery.

- Lead the design and review of end-to-end architectures across applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.

- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, delivery leads, solution architects, and technical teams to shape strategic technology decisions.

- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, resilience, performance, and operational supportability.

- Drive technology roadmaps, architecture evolution, and modernisation initiatives across the organisation.

- Review and approve solution designs, technical recommendations, and implementation approaches.

- Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, and strategic trade-offs.

- Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to solution architects and technical delivery teams.

Qualification

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years’ experience in architecture, solution design, or senior technology leadership roles.

- Demonstrated experience leading architecture for large-scale enterprise transformation and digital delivery programs.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, solution architecture, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.

- Experience defining architecture strategies, technology roadmaps, and governance frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture principles.

- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and multiple delivery teams.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive presentation skills.

- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Experience producing and governing architecture artefacts, standards, and design documentation.

- Ability to balance strategic objectives, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery outcomes.
