Your new role:

As the Exercise Physiologist – Advanced Clinical Leader, you will provide expert clinical leadership while delivering specialised exercise physiology services across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. You'll influence service development, mentor clinicians, and help shape the future of exercise physiology within mental health care.

In this role you will:

- Deliver advanced exercise physiology assessment, treatment and consultancy services.
- Lead, mentor and professionally support a team of Exercise Physiologists and students.
- Drive service improvement, clinical governance and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge, person-centred care.

About you:

You are an experienced and passionate Exercise Physiologist who enjoys leading teams, developing services and achieving outstanding outcomes for consumers.

You will bring:

- Eligibility for accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Advanced clinical expertise in exercise physiology and complex patient care.
- Proven leadership, workforce management and mentoring experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration and service improvement skills within multidisciplinary teams.
