About the Role
Martogg Group’s trading and distribution subsidiary, Martogg Connect, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the supply chain team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and supporting the broader Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and coordination of logistics, purchasing and customer service activities. This role is critical in maintaining efficient operations, supporting compliance requirements, and enabling smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, including data entry, document control, and record maintenance.
· Assist with coordinating inbound shipments, including booking confirmations, tracking updates, and documentation management.
· Maintain accurate shipment and inventory data within the ERP system.
· Prepare and process freight documentation, invoices, and supporting paperwork.
· Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse providers to ensure timely information flow.
· Assist in invoice checking and basic cost tracking.
· Monitor shipment milestones and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying administrative efficiencies.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO QMS, and ISO 45001 OH&S; standards
About You – Key Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative role within supply chain, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
· Strong computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
· High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Basic understanding of import/export processes (desirable but not essential).
