About the role

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Bundaberg operations. This is a full-time position where you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the business, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring our hydraulics operation meets and exceeds performance targets. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, leading the team, and maintaining our commitment to service excellence and profitability – with a real opportunity to make a tangible impact in a growing sector.

Key responsibilities

- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team to meet operational objectives and KPIs
- Driving sales growth and achieving financial targets whilst maintaining profitability and cost control
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery
- Overseeing inventory, resource allocation, budgets and forecasting
- Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance across all activities
- Identifying business development opportunities and reporting on performance to head office

What we're looking for





- Proven experience in an operations or people management role within manufacturing, transport, logistics or a related industry
- A background in hydraulics or a similar technical sector (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and hitting financial targets
- Sound commercial acumen – P&L;, budgeting, sales growth
- Strong customer relationship skills and a commitment to service excellence
- Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance
