The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Digital Operations Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary Operations team
- Lead the planning, delivery, and lifecycle management of critical assets and end-of-life replacement programs
- Provide authoritative operational and strategic advice to executives, senior managers, and stakeholders on risks
- Manage budgets, resources, and workforce allocation to balance business-as-usual service delivery with major digital transformation projects
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- While not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in any related field is highly desirable
- This position may incur overtime or extended hours beyond standard business hours
- This position may be required to participate in on-call arrangements
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

- Temporary full time (three months, with possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $5,986.60 - $6,334.60 per fortnight
