About the Role

Lead from the front as our new Assistant Store Manager for Maje’s Emporium Store. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive commercial success, champion our signature selling ceremony, mentor a high-performing team, and bring the effortlessly chic world of Maje to life every single day.

This is a rare opportunity to help launch and shape a brand-new concept boutique environment. As a key leader on the floor, you will play an active role in building a high-energy team culture, driving top-line sales, and maintaining flawless operational standards.

What You Will Do

- Sales & Commercial Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to analyse store KPIs, monitor team sales performance, and drive strategies to consistently exceed store targets.

- Floor Leadership & Coaching: Lead by example on the shop floor, coaching Stylists in real-time to deliver Maje’s elevated 1:1 clienteling and luxury selling standards.

- Operational Excellence:



Support the execution of stock management, inventory audits, loss prevention, and strict internal controls to keep boutique operations seamless.

- Brand & Visual Standards: Ensure immaculate boutique presentation, taking pride in executing global Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines to highlight our intricate seasonal collections.

- Team Development & Culture: Assist in onboarding, training, and inspiring new team members, fostering a supportive, high-performance retail environment.

What We Are Looking For

- The Leader: Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Category Manager within a premium, contemporary, or luxury retail environment.

- The Sales Mindset: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs with a natural passion for styling and client relationship building.

- The Operational Mind: High attention to detail with experience in inventory control, rostering support, stockroom management, and compliance.

- The Brand Ambassador: Immaculate personal presentation and an authentic love for the Maje brand DNA—chic, bold, and contemporary Parisian fashion.
