- ? $125,000 - $135,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

- ? Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

As Area Manager, you'll provide operational leadership across the service,



ensuring high-quality care delivery while supporting your leadership team to achieve outstanding client, people and business outcomes. You'll work closely with the Regional Manager to drive continuous improvement, team engagement and sustainable growth.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- 5+ years' leadership experience
- Operational leadership experience within Health, NDIS or Community Services (Aged Care experience is not essential)
- A commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs, performance and service growth
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams
- A self-driven, adaptable and open-minded approach, with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
