As Senior Manager, Claims Risk Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in helping major transformation and change initiatives succeed safely and sustainably. In This Role You Will

- Partner with transformation leaders to embed risk-informed decision-making across major change programs
- Guide the safe, sustainable delivery of transformation initiatives through proactive risk management
- Shape effective controls for recent processes, technologies, operating models and AI-enabled solutions
- Lead AI risk governance to support responsible innovation aligned with regulatory and risk appetite requirements
- Provide clear risk insights and assurance that enable confident leadership and governance decisions




- Influence stakeholders across the business to balance delivery outcomes with strong risk discipline

Qualifications

- Experience in operational risk management, ideally within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment
- Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes across business, risk and technology teams
- Sound risk judgement to support complex transformation and change initiatives in a practical, solutions-focused way
- Strong communication skills, translating complex risk and technical information into clear insights for different audiences
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing risk discipline with agility, collaboration and commercial pragmatism
