About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to lead the operational, financial and people performance of our Victorian and Albury clinics. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with clinicians, executive leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes,
operational excellence and sustainable growth across a complex multi-site healthcare environment.
Reporting to the Group Head of Operations, you will be accountable for:
- Leading the operational, financial and people performance of Victorian and Albury clinics.
- Delivering exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and safety.
- Driving sustainable business growth, financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Partnering with fertility specialists and clinical leaders to achieve shared clinical and commercial outcomes.
- Leading and developing high-performing leadership teams through coaching, accountability and succession planning.
- Using data and insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers and improve performance.
- Leading operational change and strategic initiatives that support the future growth of the business.
- Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory and workplace health and safety requirements.
About you:
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people together to achieve outstanding outcomes. You build trusted relationships quickly, navigate competing stakeholder priorities with confidence, and are comfortable leading change and making decisions in a quick-paced healthcare setting. Most importantly, you are a leader who develops high-performing teams, holds people accountable, and creates a culture where people feel supported to do their best work.
You will bring to the role:
- Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role managing multiple sites and large teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including responsibility for budgets, profitability and business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with clinicians, senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Experience leading organisational change, service improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
- A track record of developing leaders and building engaged, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
- Experience within healthcare, fertility, specialist medical services or other complex service environments would be highly regarded.
