Role Overview
An established and growing organisation based in Greater Western Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Service Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is far more than a traditional call centre role—you'll become a trusted representative of the brand, delivering exceptional service while working closely with customers, business owners, and Key Account Managers to achieve positive outcomes.
We're looking for a robust Client Service Advisor who is confident working across general customer experience, customer retention activities, and first-line technical support. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while representing a well-respected brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other communication channels
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Support customer retention activities through proactive engagement and relationship building
- Provide first-line technical support, assisting customers with a range of product and service enquiries
- Build strong relationships with customers, business owners, and internal Key Account Managers
- Negotiate positive outcomes while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Accurately maintain customer records and complete administrative tasks
- Represent the company's brand professionally while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you'll be an energetic, personable, and adaptable customer service professional who enjoys creating positive experiences for customers and working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or client relationship roles
- Strong Customer Experience background with the confidence to work across customer service, retention, and first-line technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging approach
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and internal teams
- Ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with customers and colleagues alike
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to a positive team culture
