About the Role

As a Civil Crew Leader, you will lead a civil construction crew and play a key role in delivering civil and utilities projects. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, sequencing works, and driving delivery outcomes in collaboration with supervisors and engineers. You will play a key role in ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, program requirements, and quality standards.





A strong focus on leadership, planning, communication, and technical understanding of civil construction methods is essential.

This is a hands-on civil and project leadership role suited to someone confident managing multiple crews and liaising with stakeholders across various sites.

What you'll be doing

Required skills/experience:

- Hands on Leader

- Strong civil construction experience

- Proven experience leading crews

- Ability to manage site activities safely and efficiently

- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence

- Construction Induction Card (White/Red Card)

- Full working rights in Australia

What we're looking for

- Hands on Crew Leader

- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Crew Leader

- Proven experience managing complex water, wastewater, or utilities projects

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a crew

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings

- A valid White Card must be held at the time of application

- Water Sector accrediation is desirable

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
