Key Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical fitting, repairs and component replacements across crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps and other fixed‑plant equipment

- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot breakdowns and complete timely repairs to minimise production delays

- Carry out welding, fabrication‑related fitting, drilling,



tapping and assembly tasks as required

- Support shutdowns, planned maintenance and project works with safe, efficient execution

- Perform alignment, torqueing, tensioning and flange management to site standards

- Requirements

- Documented experience as a Mechanical Fitter – fixed plant

- Strong understanding of hydraulics (preferred)

- Experience with crushing and screening circuits

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
