So what will you be doing in this role

Grain Handling Operations

- Operating a front-end loader and other machinery
- Forming bunkers and monitoring grain stacks
- Performing tarp work, sweeping, shovelling, and site maintenance
- Assist with the receival, movement, and storage of grain (including bunker or silo operations)
- Operate grain handling equipment (e.g. conveyors, augers, grain vacs) under supervision
- Assist with outloading of grain,



ensuring accurate documentation and procedures are followed.

Site Safety & Maintenance

- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards immediately
- Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
- Assist in cleaning of grain equipment, bunkers, weighbridge areas, and site facilities

Support maintenance activities such as tarping, sweeping, pest control, and dust management

Customer Service & Teamwork

- Engage respectfully with growers, drivers, and team members

- Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a positive, team-based work environment

- Provide timely updates on grain movements, quality issues, or equipment concerns

Ideally you have grain handling experience, machinery operation experience and manual handling activities.
