About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Associate to provide frontline quality support across manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment. Working closely with production, engineering, validation, and technical teams, you'll provide real-time quality oversight, support documentation and quality system activities, and assist with investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working both on the manufacturing floor and within quality systems.

Duties

- Provide frontline quality support to manufacturing and operational teams, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Review manufacturing documentation, batch records,



and technical reports to support timely product release activities.
- Assist with quality investigations, deviations, change controls, and CAPA documentation.
- Review and approve validation protocols, reports, and controlled documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and support operational improvements.
- Maintain quality records and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and inspection-ready.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical quality guidance to support manufacturing and validation activities.

Skills and Experience

- Degree qualification in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience within a Quality Assurance, Validation, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical writing and document review experience.
- Previous experience supporting quality investigations, change controls, or validation activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work closely with manufacturing and operational teams.




- Experience working with electronic quality systems or manufacturing systems is highly regarded.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
