- Initial 12-month contract, with possible extension
- Attractive hourly pay rate of $175 - $225 per hour + super
- Adaptable work arrangement (WFH + Gungahlin office)

Purpose of the role:
The role of the Senior Microsoft Identity Management Specialist is to provide day to day support, development and integration of the Microsoft Active Directory & Identity environment including High-Availability solutions and the underlying Windows Platform in a large enterprise multi-tenant environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide high level technical support in for past and current versions of the following products:
1. Microsoft Active Directory including Azure AD
2. MIM and FIM Administration – analysis and troubleshooting of complex identity flows
3. Microsoft SharePoint (including SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business)
4. Microsoft Windows PowerShell / PowerShell DSC
5. Azure / AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud Technologies and templating using JSON / YAML
6. Microsoft Server Operating Systems 2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2/2016/2019/2022
7. VMware vSphere ESX including vCentre
- Designing and implementing IAM Solutions, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Integration of multiple Identity Management products to form a meshed IDM landscape servicing multiple disparate networks with competing security and business requirements. Also integrate applications into this meshed Identity Management landscape with multiple linked IAM solutions.
- Developing custom integrations for legacy, on-premises, and cloud applications.
- Perform fault diagnosis, resolve complex identity and infrastructure issues, and drive continuous improvement of identity management services and business processes.
Essential requirements:
- MCSA-level certification in Windows Server technologies and proven experience administering Active Directory environments.
- Familiarity or experience with other Identity Management products, including NetIQ and SAP IDM.
- Familiarity with the MIM Rules Extension framework.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
