CrewSELECT are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for multiple opportunities across Perth, ranging from heavy mining equipment rebuilds and rail maintenance to marine mechanical work.

Duties May Include
- Mechanical fitting, maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Rebuilding and refurbishing mining equipment
- Crushers, mills, pumps, gearboxes, feeders, shafts and rotating equipment
- Alignment, bearing replacement and fault finding
- Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Reading engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Working safely within workshop and industrial environments
We're Looking For
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitters
- Strong workshop or heavy industry experience
- Experience within mining, fixed plant, mobile plant, rail or marine industries highly regarded
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attitude, reliability and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Essential Requirements
- Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification (Australian or recognised overseas qualification)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
