About the Role

As a Body Corporate / Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Strata and Community Title corporations while building strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders. This is a varied role that combines client service, administration, meeting facilitation, and property maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of Strata and Community Title corporations.

- Chair Annual General Meetings and committee meetings.

- Prepare annual budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes.

- Coordinate maintenance requests, obtain quotations, and issue work orders.

- Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and service providers.





- Provide professional advice and interpret relevant Strata and Community Title legislation.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance and effective portfolio management.

About You

You'll be an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You will also demonstrate:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong organisational and time management abilities.

- Confidence in negotiating and resolving issues.

- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently.

- A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Experience in Body Corporate/Strata Management is highly regarded, but not essential. We also welcome applications from experienced residential or commercial property managers looking to transition into the Strata industry. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
