Blueroom Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team on a full time basis. About the Role:

As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating and presenting a wide range of pastries, desserts and viennoiserie products. You will ensure all products meet quality standards while complying with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

- A relevant Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (or equivalent qualification)





- Experience in viennoiserie (preferred)

- A minimum of one year of relevant work experience

- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and food safety standards

- Ability to operate ovens and monitor baking processes, including temperature control

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented approach to work

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required

Salary and Benefits:

- $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience)

- 12% superannuation

- Full-time ongoing position
