Epiroc is now seeking proactive and highly motivated Product Specialist's - Surface Drills to join our dynamic and growing Product Support team. In this role, you will provide expert support across a broad range of equipment, including SmartROC, FlexiROC, and PowerROC C, D, and T Series rigs, as well as new-to-market top hammer and DTH blast drilling equipment.
As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in commissioning new equipment, delivering technical expertise and after-sales support and driving continuous product improvement through detailed feedback to the factory. You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing the technical capabilities of both customers and internal personnel, ensuring safe, effective,
and productive operation of Epiroc drilling equipment.
This is a unique opening for someone with a strong background in technical product support to take on a dynamic role that gives you the opportunity to work at our facilities in Perth and at customer sites across Australia.
The successful applicant will have:
· A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues.
· An Australian recognised trade certificate.
· Experience in a similar Technical Support or Drill Fitter role.
· Expert level Epiroc product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
· Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation.
· Passion to continuously improve.
· Flexibility to travel frequently and at times with short notice.
