Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Pakistani biryani preparation and cooking

Preparing and marinating chicken and other meats

Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables

Assisting with pasta preparation and cooking

Preparing fresh salads and side dishes

Assisting with dessert preparation and presentation

Maintaining food quality and hygiene standards





Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety requirements

Supporting chefs during busy service periods

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good teamwork and communication skills

Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
