Milestone Chemicals Australia is a wholly Australian owned manufacturer and supplier of commercial cleaning chemicals and accessories, proudly supporting customers for more than 75 years.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Geelong Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and developing business across Geelong, surrounding regional towns, and selected areas of regional Victoria.

You will be supported by the Geelong Business Development Manager and State Sales Manager as you work with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and represent the Milestone Chemicals product range in a professional, service-focused way.

About the Role

As Account Manager, you will look after an established customer base while developing new business opportunities in your territory. Your day-to-day work will include customer visits, relationship building, product education and training, site support, reporting, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and service existing customer accounts across the assigned territory.

- Build robust, professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Present and promote company products and services to current and potential customers.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including lead creation and referral opportunities.

- Provide product training, education, and practical support to customers.

- Assist with servicing and maintenance of customer equipment where required.





- Maintain accurate customer information, history, and reporting records.

- Provide regular feedback on sales opportunities, market activity, and competitor updates.

- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and business planning activities.

- Support the broader business as required to meet customer and operational needs.

Travel Requirements

This role involves regular travel across Geelong, surrounding regional towns, and selected areas of regional Victoria. Some overnight travel will be required, generally around 1–2 nights per week, depending on customer and business needs.
