We’re looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who can confidently lead curriculum, mentor educators, and help guide our team culture as Educational Leader. This role will be 30 hours per week over 5 days.

You will:

- Lead high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF





- Support and mentor educators as Educational Leader

- Contribute to quality improvement and positive team culture

- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

- Bring confidence, initiative, and leadership to the role

✨ About You

- Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Have experience in Management, Educational Leadership and team mentoring

- Understand the EYLF and National Quality Standards

- Are passionate about continuous improvement and leading by example

- Bring warmth, professionalism, and a collaborative approach

- Must have full working rights in Australia
