Your new company An opportunity exists for two experienced Business Analysts to join a Defence Consultancy, supporting highly specialised Defence workplace supporting the delivery and sustainment of mission-critical intelligence capabilities.Working within a Product Management Office (PMO), you will play a key role in analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process and system improvement, supporting technology roadmaps and helping shape future capability outcomes. You will work closely with product managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure operational systems continue to meet evolving business and strategic needs.
Your new role Analyse and document business and ICT requirementsEngage with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritiesInvestigate operational issues and identify opportunities for improvementConduct business process analysis and option assessmentsDevelop business analysis artefacts, reports and recommendationsSupport technology planning and roadmap activitiesAssist with risk identification,



mitigation and change implementationFacilitate workshops and stakeholder consultation sessionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across mission-critical systems

What you'll need to succeed Business Analysis within complex ICT environmentsRequirements elicitation, documentation and managementBusiness process mapping and improvementStakeholder engagement and relationship managementProducing high-quality business analysis artefactsFacilitating workshops and gathering requirementsRisk assessment and issue analysisAgile and/or traditional project delivery environmentsDefence ICT experience highly desirable including GEOINT or Intelligence domain experienceCloud migration or cloud transformation projects exposureExperience working within secure government environmentsTSPV clearance
