As a Recruitment Contractor you will provide 360 degree recruitment services within the insurance industry. You will enjoy the autonomy of being your own boss, setting your own hours, expectations and billing budgets.
We are seeking:
- A recruitment consultant or sales professional from several industries to grow our presence in this key market through client acquisition and the placement of candidates.
- A driven individual with a hunger to succeed
- Someone not afraid proactively prospect new business opportunities.
- A relationship manager who can develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and candidates
- A self driven and independent operator
- A team player who will work with other Contractors within the business to develop mutual opportunities for placements,
to share ideas and foster a community environment.
