The Role

- Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals and developmental needs
- Provide assessment and intervention across speech, language, communication, swallowing, and/or feeding needs
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team environment
- Deliver services across a variety of settings including community, schools, homes, residential facilities, and clinics
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure evidence-based practice

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Current and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence + reliable vehicle for community travel
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A passion for supporting people living with disability to achieve their goals
