The LCS Group is looking for skilled and reliable Commercial Fencing Installer Labourers to join our growing team. If you love working with your hands, enjoy being outdoors, and want to be part of a dynamic team delivering top-quality results, this is the job for you!

The Role

The Fencing Installer Labourers will work in small crews and produce high quality outcomes, installing and repairing a range of commercial fencing for schools, aged care, local government and commercial sites. This will include:

- Undertake site preparation, installation and repairs on a range of fences including chain wire, chain mesh, good neighbour, post and rail and panel fencing.

- Engage with staff, clients and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner.

- Adhere to all work health and safety guidelines and best practices including incident reporting.

About You

- Previous experience in fence installation and repair (commercial experience desirable).

- Previous labouring experience in the construction industry.

- Experience and proficiency in using hand and power tools.

- Truck license or machine ticket (such as Skid Steer and/or Excavator) (desirable).

- Positive attitude and work ethic.

- Attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work.

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

- Current White Card, Police and DHS clearances are required (or willing to obtain).
