About Neil Donaldson Pavilion

Located at UWA Sports Park in Claremont, the Neil Donaldson Pavilion is a brand‑new, modern hospitality and community space supporting the UWA Football Club and a wide range of UWA‑affiliated clubs and sports park users throughout the year. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our customers and community.

About You

You’re someone who:

- Brings a positive attitude and a welcoming presence to every shift

- Has experience in either bartending, barista work, café service and/or function service

- Has experience in either bartending, barista work, or café service

- Enjoys working in a lively, community-based setting

- Takes initiative and has robust attention to detail

- Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment

- Is committed to delivering exceptional customer service – even during busy game days and special events/functions

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Cafe Supervisor, or in a similar hospitality customer-facing Supervisor role is highly regarded.

Availability: Ability to commit to flexible scheduling,



including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Certifications:

- Valid WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

- Valid Approved Managers Red Card (i.e. MLP1 for Unrestricted Use)

- Food Safety for Food Handlers Certificate

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is desirable but not essential

- Completion of a Certificate III in Hospitality or similar qualification is advantageous, but not essential

- Barista Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- National Police Clearance required.
