Practice Nurse required to join our friendly team in Darwin (Coconut Grove) for 3 days a week with capacity to cover other nurse leave days. You will be part of our team of 2 RNs, working alongside the GPs.

This position requires a Registered Nurse and is not suitable for new graduates due to lack of supervision (you will be working independently without another RN present). Skills include immunising, IV iron, care plans, assisting in minor procedures such as IUD insertions, communicating information to patients and a variety of nursing work performed as an independent practitioner.

We offer a high quality service with General Practitioners, Physiotherapist, Psychologists, Dietitian and specialised Pelvic Pain & Endometriosis Clinic and LGBTI clinic. The setting is happy, well supported and friendly.

This job suits a calm and vibrant multitasker with experience in General Practice, or willingness to learn, who wants to feel valued by a fabulous team and enjoys working independently. You are reliable, comfortable with diversity in your clients and a great communicator.

No weekend or after-hours work. This is usually a casual position but could be permanent part-time.
